Doris McPhee Memorial Scholarship
This one-time $1,500 financial need-based scholarship is available to a Northwestern High School graduating senior. A minimum cumulative GPA (Grade Point Average) of 3.0 is required along with evidence of leadership and service. The applicant needs to complete Parts A, B, and C of the application, which includes writing an essay, providing two teacher recommendations, and submitting the Student Aid Report (SAR) from the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid).
University Park Woman’s Club Scholarship
This one-time $1,500 merit-based, need-blind scholarship is available to a graduating high school student who is a resident of Maryland and:

Who resides in the Town of University Park, MD, or
-
Whose parent is a current member of University Park Woman's Club of at least 2 years standing, or
-
Whose grandparent is a current member of the University Park Woman's Club who joined prior to 2015.
A minimum GPA (Grade Point Average) of 3.0 is required along with evidence of leadership, service and scholarship. Applicants for this scholarship need to complete Parts A and B of the application, which includes writing an essay and providing two teacher recommendations.
