Our Current Programs:
A Focus on Education & Community Philanthropy
EDUCATION
Our members enjoy an informative monthly program which is designed to foster life-long learning. Education at all levels is an important club platform. Not only do our programs support public schools, we also have a robust college scholarship program.

Current programs include:
-
Scholarships for local area high school seniors.
-
Assisting with 5K run/walk fundraiser for an area public school.
-
And more based on clubmember recommendations.
COMMUNITY
Through our fundraising efforts and volunteerism, we work to make a positive change in the community.

Current programs include:
-
Penny Project Collection from members of the UPWC and community to support non-profits. Recipients have included organizations supporting disaster relief, refugee resettlement, food insecurity, infant/maternity care, hospice, and help for those experiencing homelessness or domestic violence.
-
Highly anticipated Annual Holiday House Tour to build community and foster neighborliness while in support of our scholarship programs.
