All UP and College Heights residents are eligible for this annual contest. There's no need to enroll; the judges will drive through all the streets and choose the winners. Decorations need to be done by the owners; 2018 winners are not eligible unless they have created new designs.

Winners of the House Decorating Contest will have special recognition signs placed in their yards and will be listed in the town newsletter. Categories are: Most Unique/Most Original; Special House Front Decoration; Most Attractive Whole House Decorations.
