Please join the University Park Woman’s Club as we welcome our guest speaker, Karen Brubaker Miller, MSW, at noon on Monday, March 3.
Mrs. Brubaker Miller is a business and strategic-minded leader with over 25 years of leadership experience working in the nonprofit and for-profit hospice industry. She is a trained social worker with more than two decades of experience in hospice work, and started as CEO on July 1, 2024, at Montgomery Hospice and Prince George’s Hospice. Her vast experience in hospice leadership has been in Virginia, Georgia, and now Maryland.
Montgomery Hospice and Prince George’s Hospice, a 501-C3 organization, began in 1981 with the mission to ease the final days of patients with terminal illnesses. It is an independent nonprofit hospice organization that has been serving residents of Montgomery County since 1981. In 2019, Montgomery Hospice expanded its care to include Prince George’s County.
