Meetings are held on the first Monday of each month (October through June) at University Christian Church, 6800 Adelphi Road, Hyattsville, Md. Registration begins at 11:30 a.m.
Monthly meetings include a guest speaker presentation, and a light luncheon.
Guests are always welcome, and free childcare is provided (RSVP requested).

Clubwomen may pursue expanded leadership opportunities as well as participation in conferences and special projects.
Community-Building / Social Networking / Special Interests
The Club enjoys partnerships with several community organizations which offer more outlets for community service and outreach. There are also established social and special interest gatherings (such as a book club, craft circle, and foreign affairs discussion group).
Become a Club Supporter
Donations and affiliate memberships (members who cannot regularly attend meetings but wish to support the Club) are welcome. Your $35 annual membership dues and donations are tax-deductible. The UPWC is a 501c3 non-profit organization.
UPWC Academic Scholarships

Holiday Adopt-a-Family Program at the Family Crisis Center of Prince George's County
The club organizes holiday baskets for residents at the Family Crisis Center, a domestic violence shelter in PG County.
UPWC Garden Gear and Plant Swap
Get a jump start on your garden by exchanging plants, seeds, and garden gear with your neighbors. Dig up your seedling trees or other beauties ready for a new home, divide those hostas and bulbs, or pass along a houseplant or two. Garden gear or tools in usable condition are also welcome. Azelea Classic 5K

University Park Annual Garden Tour
This annual event features a fine selection of gardens in the University Park community. See a wide variety of gardens -- urban orchards, ornamental, shade, and kitchen gardens -- and get inspired! Don't miss this wonderful neighborhood tradition. Maps will be available at individual houses on the tour during event hours and signs will be posted in the front yards of featured homes. Free event. Returns in 2019.
University Park 24th Annual Candlelight Holiday House Tour | 4-8 PM December 14th, 2019
Join us for this festive tour of lovely homes bedecked for the holidays. Maps will be available at individual houses on the tour during event hours and signs will be posted in the front yards of featured homes. This is the main fundraiser for the Club and proceeds help fund our scholarship program.
